K woke up.

Born as Karter in another world, the time had come for him to be taken to another place.  After being Reassigned to live in a parallel dimension, he looked around.  He was different in this world, a humanoid figure able to emit sound from his hands and use his emotions to change the world around him.  Fearing for his own safety, he took destructive precautions to save himself: he drew lines in his name to protect himself and pulled out his mandated Digital Support System from his brainstem, irreversibly corrupting his appearance....
