Tris Kayo, a London native, was brought up amidst the vibrant musical scene of the 90s, immersing himself in various genres from a tender age. At 14, he was already among those youngsters distributing flyers outside clubs, establishing rapport with security personnel who often granted him entry to gauge the atmosphere. This early exposure paved the way for his rapid adaptation to the multifaceted landscapes of music, beginning with his residency at Fish on Oxford Street (prelude to Plastic People same sound system same Ade for those who know :) Reaching a significant milestone with performances that resonated deeply with the diverse audiences at Les Plages Electroniques Festival in Cannes or his personal favourite, the esteemed  Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide festival in Sete. On more the one occasion. 
His musical odyssey has taken him from the UK to France and now finds him stationed in the Czech Republic.

In Prague, Tris has made waves with Lifted, a vibrant party inspired by Mancuso’s NYC Loft parties. He has featured on line ups for Komiks, Fuchs2, Jazz Dock, Groove Bar, Roxy, Stalin and Wildt. This shows his eclecticism in styles of music and ability to cross the divides between genres. 

Beyond Djing, Tris owned and operated a record shop called Relish, an organic wine bar called Brut, has worked in advertising and collaborated with companies like Manifesto Market, Vnitroblock, and Mosaic House. Throughout his career, Tris has been an active figure in media, serving as a resident DJ on TV culture shows, pirate and community radio stations in the UK, and spending almost a decade on national French Radio Monaco in Monte Carlo while in Prague he has been a guest dJ on various radio stations, including Radio 1, Express FM, Colour Radio, and Radio Punctum.
