À la croisée des chemins entre transe tribale et techno incantatoire, cet EP invoque l’énergie des forêts anciennes et des créatures oubliées. Tambours battants, textures enchantées et pulsations gobelines façonnent un monde où la danse devient rite. Cette traversée musicale est le résultat d’une intention claire, façonnée avec une exigence quasi alchimique. Deux remixes prolongent l’exploration avec Blume qui propose une version hypnotique et vaporeuse, tandis que Forest révèle une face plus incandescente et tellurique. Fruit d’une longue gestation, E-G-G éclôt aujourd’hui comme la synthèse d’un travail de recherche sonore et introspectif signé par le producteur français Rare0000 (rare-quatre-zéros).
À travers quatre titres résolument club, l’EP déploie un univers alien où chaque son devient matière vivante. Les textures se dilatent, les fréquences se fragmentent et les rythmes se contorsionnent tandis que les nappes électrostatiques qui traversent l’ensemble du projet esquissent la cartographie mouvante d’un monde intérieur et extérieur en perpétuelle révolution.
Deux remixes viennent prolonger l’expérience : la productrice de Seattle enereph propose une relecture percussive et cybernétique de ‘Rebound’ tandis que le français RAVL intensifie ‘Clutch’ avec une version technoïde abrasive.

After a long gestation period, E-G-G is now emerging as the synthesis of sound research and introspection by french producer Rare0000 (rare-four-zeros).
Through four resolutely club-oriented tracks, the EP unfolds an alien universe where each sound becomes living matter. Textures expand, frequencies fragment and rhythms contort while the electrostatic layers that run through the entire project sketch the shifting cartography of an inner and outer world in perpetual revolution.
Two remixes extend the experience: Seattle-based producer enereph offers a percussive and cybernetic reinterpretation of “Rebound”, while french artist RAVL intensifies “Clutch” with an abrasive technoid version.

Zilvermeer réunit cratje (moitié du label bruxellois MONTAGE) et Justin (artiste basée à Berlin) autour d’un diptyque solaire où deux morceaux esquissent les contours d’une fiction rétro-futuriste portée par des rythmiques jubilatoires et une énergie résolument dansante.
D’un côté, Aftersun déploie une jungle kaléidoscopique aux reflets acidulés, tandis que Vakantiepark s’élance vers une goa trancy traversée de clins d’œil psychédéliques. En bonus, Dj Würm propulse Aftersun dans une version club incisive aux accents EDM.

Zilvermeer brings together cratje (half of the brussels label MONTAGE) and Justin (artist based in Berlin) around a sunny diptych in which two tracks shape a retro-futuristic fiction driven by jubilant rhythms and a resolutely danceable energy.
On the one hand, Aftersun reveals a kaleidoscopic jungle with acid-tinged reflections, while Vakantiepark rushes towards a goa trance sound crossed with psychedelic nods. As a bonus, Dj Würm turns Aftersun into an incisive club version with EDM accents.

Drumcore Vol. 1 marque le retour du producteur Alwis. Puisant dans le langage des jeux vidéo iconiques de la fin des années 90 — de Wipeout à Jet Set Radio — cet EP ravive une nostalgie où la vitesse est une esthétique et les OST (original soundtrack) un style à part entière.
Fusion efficace d'IDM, drum&bass et de breakcore, Alwis joue avec les frontières de la percussion au sein d'un univers électronique dense et hyperactif. Ses productions affichent une maîtrise déconcertante du genre qui se présente comme une rencontre brutale de samples, flux, accords, rythmes et autres vacillations venant de tous les pans.
De son côté, k:i:o:s:k propose un remix débridé qui injecte des résonances dub dans une architecture syncopée et fractionnée. La déconstruction opérée insuffle une profondeur fidèle à l'énergie frénétique qui traverse l'intégralité de la sortie.

Drumcore Vol. 1 marks the return to the producer Alwis. Taking inspiration from iconic video games from the late 1990s — from Wipeout to Jet Set Radio — this EP revives a sense of nostalgia where speed is an aesthetic and original soundtracks are a style in their own right.
Effective fusion of IDM, drum & bass and breakcore, Alwis plays with the boundaries of percussion within a dense and hyperactive electronic universe. His productions display a disconcerting mastery of the genre which presents itself as a brutal encounter of samples, flows, chords, rhythms and other fluctuations coming from all sides.
For its part, k:i:o:s:k offers an unrestrained remix that injects dub resonances into a syncopated and fragmented architecture. The deconstruction adds a depth that is faithful to the frenetic energy that runs through the entire release.
