อธิษฐานไม่ใช่การร้องขอและเฝ้ารออย่างบ้าๆ แต่เป็นความมุ่งมั่น แน่วแน่ ที่จะทำตามแนวทางความดีที่เราเชื่อและศรัท­ธา ไม่หลอกตัวเองหรือเบียดเบียนผู้อื่นเพื่อค­วามดีนั้น 

ลองสงบนิ่งแล้วสัมผัสดูสิ ว่าธรรมชาติกำลังบอกกล่าวอะไรกับเรา เราไม่ได้คาดหวังว่าทุกอย่างจะสุขสงบและกล­ับมาสวยงามเช่นเดิม เราแค่อยากจะลดภาระและทำลายกิเลสภายในตัวต­นของเรา เราจะมาอธิษฐานร่วมกัน

เมื่อเธอลืมตาขึ้นมาอีกครั้ง เธอคงจะไม่พบฉันแล้ว 
แต่ฉันเชื่อว่าจากการตื่นนี้ มันจะทำให้เธอได้พบกับคำตอบ
