I met 2 Pac when I was 10 Years old and was always infatuated by his record "To Live in Die in L.A." several years later in my teenage life. I never planned on dying those days so I flipped his quote "To get High in NY" to use as one of my records decades later. The song "High in NY" 
Den10 is reflecting on living and losing in the streets of NYC but only needing the La to truly survive. This song was written and recorded at Den10 Productions Studios, NY, NY.
