Influenced by 90s/2000 and modern techno, KAIPE started mixing in Paris 5 years ago as part of the La Brigade collective. He concentrated on production 2 years ago, because he always wanted to make music. His musical style ranges from driving, deep techno to emotional, funky hardgroove, with a touch of oldschool thrown in for good measure. 

This podcast features tracks that have made an impact on him recently, as well as a number of previously unreleased tracks by artists he wishes to highlight. A month after his last podcast, here's 1 hour of mixes for ASW.

Born in Aleppo, Syria, Kimmy Msto is a techno DJ who has become a prominent figure in Hannover's music scene. Since starting his journey in 2009, his career has rapidly advanced, leading him to become a resident DJ at several clubs in Hannover, including Underground Club and Bella Wuppdich, before settling at Weidendamm Klub in 2016. There, he organized his own parties, such as ‘Code,’ ‘Othercult,’ and ‘RooTs,’ and occasionally performed at Uebel und Gefährlich in Hamburg. Driven by a relentless passion for techno, Kimmy has graced many of Germany's renowned clubs and events, including iconic venues like Griessmuehle, Butan Club, ://about blank, Klub PAN, RSO, Gotec Club, IPSE, Laut Klub, as well as notable events like STAUB Berlin, Klubverboten, and Viva la Electronica, among many others.

Avilynn is a visionary sound artist, DJ, and former label curator based in Berlin, acclaimed for her eclectic style and immersive DJ sets. With a career spanning various aliases, she has continually redefined the limits of music production and performance.
Avilynn's "Not On Label" project showcases raw talent, prioritising artistic vision over social media. It welcomes diverse artists, focusing on teamwork and shared musical goals. Each month, Avilynn releases a co-produced digital single with innovative musicians worldwide.

Der neue Song "Bird" ist eine echte Sensation. Stell dir vor, du bist in einem dunklen, pulsierenden Club. Der Bass dröhnt, der Raum vibriert. "Bird" beginnt nicht mit einem Paukenschlag, sondern schleicht sich langsam an. Man hört dieses seltsame, fast organische Ticken, wie ein Herzschlag, der immer schneller wird. Dann kommen diese hellen, synthie-ähnlichen Klänge, die sich wie ein Vogelschwarm über dir zu bewegen scheinen.

Der Song baut eine enorme Spannung auf. Man wartet auf den Drop, aber TOMATEKK lässt sich Zeit. Es ist wie ein langer Flug, der immer höher und schneller wird. Wenn der Beat dann endlich einsetzt, ist es eine wahre Explosion. Harter, kompromissloser Techno, aber mit dieser mysteriösen, fast melancholischen Melodie, die im Hintergrund schwebt. Es ist nicht einfach nur ein Song zum Tanzen, es ist eine ganze Geschichte. Eine Geschichte über Freiheit, Aufbruch und das Gefühl, alles hinter sich zu lassen.
