NOMAAD is the project of Erik Perrone, a full-time road dweller for over a decade.
Born in the free rave underground, his techno mirrors the way he lives: pressure, sweat, confrontation, and a relentless search for meaning. A self-built subculture in motion.
He sculpts sound in real time. His sets are unstable architectures — driven by instinct, tension and vast open space.
Years of dawless performance carved a signature: hypnotic, ritual, distorted, acid-soaked and atmospheric, pushing the floor into deep trance states. His expanding sound inventory has become its own language.
He now operates his hardware with surgical control:
a modded TR-8S driving the pulse, an APC40 commanding his sound bank, a Torso T-1 sequencing his synths, the System-1m and ASM Hydrasynth Explorer shaping the spectrum.
 
NOMAAD performs with total commitment: no playback, no safety net, no repetitions.
Every set is built from scratch, and every set is a question.
