A look back at Philippa Pacho’s profound performance in our Room 01 at the positivesource showcase, which she co-founded hand in hand with Blue Hour. The Stockholm-born artist delivered a knife-edged vision to techno during a two-hour memorable set at her imprint night in Fuse.
 
Like a gentle hold, Philippa's narration is as tactile as poignant. Dark without being obscure, musing yet energetic, no one can doubt the decade of musicality that has flowed through her veins ever since. Drawn to sharp kicks or a few clipped vocals here and there, Philippa Pacho's mix is an invitation, or even more an exploration, to a complex and appealing inner world. A stand-out.

Paris based DJ/Producer Benales is something of a veteran act in his native city of light. He’s played at Laurent Garnier’s Rex, the much-missed Concrete as well as La Station and Berlin staple Tresor. Since the 90s’ twilight years he’s crafted and perfected a raw and utilitarian stripe of techno that’s seen him share the spotlight with the likes of DVS1, Steve Bicknell and James Ruskin. Those references should give you an idea of his sound’s direction of travel, a deep order of ascetic basslines stripped of frills as the Motor City intended. And that goes for his productions too: with names like Construct Re-Form, Sino, Freddy K’s KEY Vinyl, Mitsubasa and Analog Solutions a few of the labels putting out his work (and there’s more in the making). His keen ear and feeling for crowd have earned him an eager audience over the years, and reputation as a go-to for organisers of legendary clubnights Europe-wide. If you’re curious and looking to let yourself fall under his spell, this latest dose of nefarious and wall-shaking beats has you covered. One of the most exciting DJs from the new Berlin scene, originally from Ukraine, ALIS. has really taken off over the last year - appearing at such venues as Tresor Berlin, FUSE Brussels, P.A.L. Hamburg, HÖR Berlin, Bret Amsterdam, RSO Berlin, Rote Sonne Munich and sharing booth with some of the best and brightest across the world. Her free spirited and high energy sound mixes all different genres from 00s tribal and hardgroove techno, ghetto & hard house, 90s trance, UK garage and more. She's very versatile with infectious energy that continues to grow into other genres, mediums and more. By recently joining Berlin based collective @tymeberlin, ALIS. is helping in organization of non-profit event series, which include music performances, talks and workshops to encourage cross-cultural exchange and to rebuild new networks among DJs, musicians, contemporary artists and cultural activists in Berlin with a common goal of supporting her native country Ukraine. LSTB is a Potsdam-based DJ and resident of @basskontakt, with a lifelong passion for music. His musical journey has been marked by a quest for innovative and distinctive sounds, ultimately leading him to the diverse realm of techno. With extensive experience in Berlin's club scene and time to hone his craft, LSTB has developed a unique style characterized by fast-paced, groove-driven techno with minimalist nuances.

MRKNT, a DJ and producer based in Berlin, embarked on his career in 2020. Inspired by the city's dynamic techno scene, known for its diverse events and immersive musical encounters, he ventured into the realm of music production.
His distinctive sound merges hypnotic and raw elements with hardgroove influences.

Jonas Xenon is a DJ and Producer based in Berlin, Germany. His mind is wrapped around the darker side of the music spectrum. His love for hypnotic patterns and restless grooves drove him into the depths of techno production. As an artist with a drum and bass background you can still hear and feel the closeness to his roots. Driving techno with the little pinch of oldschool aesthetic fused together into a refreshing whole.

Born in Aleppo, Syria, Kimmy Msto is a techno DJ who has become a prominent figure in Hannover's music scene. Since starting his journey in 2009, his career has rapidly advanced, leading him to become a resident DJ at several clubs in Hannover, including Underground Club and Bella Wuppdich, before settling at Weidendamm Klub in 2016. There, he organized his own parties, such as ‘Code,’ ‘Othercult,’ and ‘RooTs,’ and occasionally performed at Uebel und Gefährlich in Hamburg. Driven by a relentless passion for techno, Kimmy has graced many of Germany's renowned clubs and events, including iconic venues like Griessmuehle, Butan Club, ://about blank, Klub PAN, RSO, Gotec Club, IPSE, Laut Klub, as well as notable events like STAUB Berlin, Klubverboten, and Viva la Electronica, among many others.
