May 1st, 1922 was the launch date of one of Canada’s greatest radio stations! CKOC commenced operations in Hamilton, Ontario with a mere 5 watts of power and broadcasted for only two hours a day in its formative years. 91 years later, we’re still going strong as Canada’s oldest radio station.
