His music is influenced by the underground i.e ambient, Minimal, tech-house...

Once a peace-loving sound doctor known for fixing frequencies and aligning crooked beats, Mindbender accidentally rewired his own brain while experimenting with an early prototype of a neural groove stimulator. The machine went haywire, turning him from mild-mannered engineer to full-blown audio anarchist.

Since the late ’80s, he’s been engineering floor-melting experiments and mentoring rogue producers through his Mindbender Masterworks lab - turning out a dangerous new generation of sonic saboteurs. Alongside long-time collaborator Högt I Tak, he co-founded When Disco Goes Wrong, a label-turned-underground movement dedicated to the noble art of rhythmic mischief.

His studio is a hybrid operating theatre and time machine, where vintage circuitry meets digital voodoo and every fader has a story. He doesn’t produce tracks so much as summon them - unpredictable hybrids of acid, disco and funk that refuse to behave but somehow make perfect sense at 3 a.m.

Approach with caution: prolonged exposure may cause involuntary grinning, mild transcendence and a lifelong addiction to weird grooves.
