Next up on burgeoning Brighton label Elation Industries comes an exuberant reinterpretation of Mr Sosa’s “Zealous” from Irish DJ/producer Richie Blacker, named by Danny Howard earlier this month as one of his hotly tipped ‘Future Fire’ artists for 2021. 

 First premiered on BBC Radio 1, the Belfast beatmaker’s ‘Peel Me Off The Ceiling’ remix of “Zealous” makes use of vibrant piano chords, shimmering hi-hats, pulsating basslines and four-to-the-floor kicks, converting the track into a thumping, club-ready slice of heady 
house bliss while retaining plenty of the original elements introduced by Bournemouth youngster Mr Sosa. 

 With glowing endorsements from heavyweights of the scene including Skream, Sasha and Above & Beyond already under his belt, Richie looks set to have an exceptional year, as does Mr Sosa, who too has been championed by deep house stalwarts Anjunadeep. Elation Industries, meanwhile, have gone from strength to strength, with recent releases 
getting picked up by key institutions in the scene including Houseum and Dream Chimney. 

 “Zealous (Richie Blacker ‘Peel Me Off The Ceiling’ Remix)” lands 29 January via digital vendors and streaming services.
