“Sweep” is the first collaboration of Perth producers Harrison Bailie, aka SILVA and Samantha-Lee “Sammy” McGlashan aka sammythesinner. Rolling on from Silva’s recent “Motions” EP (featuring tracks in Spotify’s New Dance Beats, Fresh Finds, and Fresh Finds: Basement Best of 2020, playlists), Sweep is also the debut release for the established Perth DJ sammythesinner (performing at events such as Motif Open Air, Market Grounds, Seasons, Voyage, Snack and others alongside such various acts as Tame Impala, and Bag Raiders). In her own words “The idea behind Sweep was inspired by a vast range of genres such as future bass, experimental trap, dance/electronic and jungle DNB. Silva and I have a very similar taste in music so when we’re in the studio our ideas fuse together seamlessly.” Silva added, “Working with Sammy has been amazing. We've been making music just for fun for just under a year now and to see it progress into an actual project is absolutely wicked. The creative drive for this track has been sourced purely off the mood we set in the studio - high energy! And has opened up my style into a more heavy/high energy incorporated feel”.

Supported by a who's who of bass/trap music including Brownies & Lemonade, Whethan, Alison Wonderland, Ekali, Hex Cougar, Boombox Cartel, QUIX, Juelz, Twerl, Ookay, Stooki, LUUDE, Montel 2099, Sacha Vibes, Benzi, Slumberjack, Badrapper and many more and with collaborations & remixes with/for bass heavy hitters including UZ and Hex Cougar. “Sweep”now  finds these Perth producers fusing the edges of future bass and DNB into a hard-hitting full-powered jungle attack.
