Companion is proud to announce ‘Chances’, the debut album from Naarm based trio Acopia, due for release on the 18th March 2022. 

Acopia is the collaborative project of Kate Durman (Purient), Lachlan McGeehan (Liluzu) and Morgan Wright; an intimate excursion of ultra-emotive dream pop. 
 
The title track and first single, 'Chances', is available on all platforms from 28th January 2022. It’s a wash of breathy vocals and brooding bass that slides effortlessly into muted breaks - an ethereal late summer lullaby.

Submit to Love is a rough production recorded alone at the Simeon Ten Holt residency in Bergen aan Zee (NL), 2020. 

It talks about love-euphoria and submission to the mundanity of long term love; euphoric about the combination of shit and love existing in the same experience.
