Lovingly curated, hand stamped, spray painted 12" sonic offerings have long winged their way from Chi-town to your eardrums for well over a decade now. If you have seen or heard these records, you will know what we mean, it feels like you're part of something special or that you are being let in on a secret. Kimochi is a longtime outpost of the good stuff, the type of non-hype driven, high quality electronic expression that stands head and shoulders above the tide of the bland. Also, M50's ETC Radio shows are in the hundreds, and boast a dazzling array of incredible mixes from the man himself, and numerous guest selectors.  

For this mix there are forthcoming label highlights alongside a vivid blend of ambient, downtempo, acid, breaks, house and techno awaiting those those who press play. Music woven together by feeling and selected with an expert ear.

Based in Brighton/ UK, Caldera is an artist we have been following and whose records we have been collecting for many years now. Having released on such labels as Noorden, Silva Electronics, WWMF, WNCL, Bokhari and most recently Kimochi, his productions span across many genres from ambient to broken beat, deep house and techno. 

This bass heavy, fast paced hour long mix has been effortlessly put together with a beautiful sense of skill and energy.  Hope you enjoy as much as we have.

Another great back to back session with Malte aka @@caldera-caldera, we always find a way to make things flow effortlessly and for our music to gel into an enjoyable adventure through electronic sounds, I really like his taste in music and his new EP on @nummer is killer - definitely one to check! (I’ll be stocking at Temple of Vinyl).
