SOundScape Series is a project that started off as a mixtape series of an eclectic selection of sounds curated by System Of Survival. Encompassing a wide musical spectrum has been born with the intention of displaying influences, sounds, and rhythms often left out of a dancefloor-orientated set.
SOundScape is a show broadcasted by the popular @ibizasonica every Friday from 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm CET. The spirit is obviously the same: guests have the liberating opportunity to play WHATEVER inspires them. Listening to these unrestricted sets by notable DJs will be one more time an experience not to be missed.

Leggy Reggae with General Legsta - 24.08.2023

This edition of our mix series features Seattle local and Underscore recordings constituent Mr.Linden. After a small break, we're excited to get the ball rolling again with this stylistically wide-ranging gem of a mix. It's best enjoyed with the vibes of the looming NW fall. 

And now some words from Mr.Linden:

I knew I wanted to stay true to the Innerflight vibe with some kinda bat-cavey lofi, chunky tracks, but I knew it would be a 2 hour (on the nose it turned out) long mix and you gotta have some variance, a journey as it’s often described. So I built up a kind of slow burn that turns into acid techno, some breaks then a little emotional vocals towards the final 3rd. It wraps up with a smooth touchdown of deep house.

Ibiza resident Sadeedo's diverse roots have shaped his eclectic sound; sunny, soulful, funky, and tropical, with a distinct global flavour. He hosts the popular monthly show ‘Open Sesame’ on OpenLab Radio and also produces music, with releases on DSPPR and Maaula Records. On the island, he holds residencies at Pikes, Soulgood, The Standard, 6 Senses, Malanga and WOM Radio Café, while he’s also played at Le Mellotron (Paris) and Glastonbury Festival. Last summer he also featured at Pacha, Café Del Mar, and was invited to close Nightmares On Wax's residency at Pikes.
