Lacy The Black Angel is a rockstar. Always loving rock n roll and soul music growing up influenced by her mother who is also a song bird and her grandfather who is a singer and musician. Lacy comes from a family of talented singers and musicians. Lacy first got her start with good friend Tree William Woods who needed a back up singer for one of his shows in 2009. Opening her first show for Method man by default of being asked by “Tree” aka William Woods. William quickly saw her talent and took her under his wing to help her find her place in the industry. As well as her voice and comfort for becoming a performing artist. She recorded her first song with Tree titled “refinement” upon hearing herself she realized she had a love for recording. As she went on in the industry she met many artists along the way that helped her grow. Although Lacy sings rock and alternative because that’s where her heart has always been. She has tapped into many genres recording and performing genres from Reggae, Rap, R&B as well as pop. Her sound in voice are versatile and her style is unique. A little grunge with soul, rock, pop and a pinch of country her sounds are sure to draw you in and captivate your soul.
