Sånga is the result of a collaboration between artist Karin Granqvist and musician Daniel
Ögren. Their work has been going on for a year and 
it´s now presented in this 12” vinylrecord.
It consists of 8 compositions and 8 artworks. 
The artwork is printed on three different
sizes of fine paper and are put in the gatefolders first pocket. Neither the music- or the art have any titles and Karin and Daniel have necessarily not
interpreted each other’s art. For them, this is rather an inspiring and joyfull meeting where the art of the two’s are separated, but as together creates a homogenic work of art.

The music is recorded during three occasions, one of these together with musicians
Christopher Cantillo, Anna Lund och Johanna Dahl. The recordings with these musicians
were made in Karin Granqvists studio in Sånga, Ångermanland. The other recordings were
made in Svängstudion, Tyresö.
Sånga will only be available on this LP and not as a digital record.
