I was thinking about Rob Dougan the other day, and how much he has influenced my music, then suddenly my composition makes a lot more sense. Shout out to Rollo, Eddy Fingers and Big C too. Often hidden in the depths of production, but always bringing a unique cinematic style to their work. With that in mind, please enjoy my latest work. It's got soaring strings (obvs), piano (obvs) and dance elements (obvs), but you'll never hear this playing on the radio or at your local club. It's just for you then!

Sometimes you nail an idea on the first try. But it's more often the case that you have to take multiple stabs at something to get it just right. Here are four rejected attempts at music for a car commercial I was recently asked to score. The goal was to create a dramatic, unique--and almost otherworldly sound.  If at first you don't succeed, try, try, again.
