William Longyear Mayo, co-founder
After studying jazz and popular music performance and recording at University of Maine, Mayo started his career as a session musician in New York City in 2004. His guitar work can be heard on commercials, TV series, documentaries, webseries and Indie films, for brands such as Dimension Films, NBC, CBS, MTV and FOX.
Mayo’s work can also be heard in live music venues all over New York City and Brooklyn, having played with a variety of artists in pop, rock, soul, jazz and bluegrass groups over the years. It’s this variety of influences and an openness to all genres that has led to a fruitful career.
Mayo is a founding member of Brooklyn-based band, Black Taxi. The band tours nationally, performing to sell-out crowds, and has released 3 EPs and a full-length record.


Keith Reynolds, co-founder
Recruited out of high school to tour with Arista/Tommy Boy recording artists Rustic Overtones, Mr. Reynolds soon moved to New York to study composition at the Manhattan School of Music. Shifting his attention to the technical aspect of production, he obtained an internship at Quad Studios, where he met noted recording engineer and producer Robert (LB9000) Dorsey.Reynolds signed on as Music Director for Dorsey’s company, Brought To Life Music, where he has worked on projects ranging from Hip-Hop to Indie Rock with clients including The Roots, Rahzel, Solange Knowles, The Postelles, Lyfe Jennings, M.L., Beredda, Black Taxi, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams.
Independently, Mr. Reynolds has played keyboards for Lauryn Hill &amp; Jimi Kendrix, composed and arranged music for The National Hockey League (King Size Music), G-Unit Records &amp; <a href="http://Audible.com">Audible.com</a>, and produced &amp; co-written with many artists, including Rell, Red/X, Africa Miranda, Drewbix (Heavy Hitters Music) &amp; Tess Santos.
