Dream Magazine was launched in 1995 covering the UK happy hardcore rave scene. By mid-1997 the magazine had diversified to cover other styles of dance music and also had a mix-CD on the front every month, typically featuring happycore, old skool hardcore, D&B or trancecore. The magazine shut down in early 1998 but relaunched as Dream UK Magazine in October of the same year, still with a monthly cover-disc, but only lasted for half a dozen issues. This CD got absolutely rinsed when I was younger, sublime by Nick Grant this. Dream Dance Magazine was a must have for anyone into the Rave Scene in the 90's and the cover CD's were just amazing for a freebie.

Two versions of Mortimer's 'Where Would I Be' have been sat on my hard drive for the last few months. This one -- the more recent, composed in the days after my grandmother's death -- wasn't really intended to see the light of day (publicly), but it feels fitting to share it now. Love and music are as close to spiritual feeling as I get; people all over the Greater Antilles will need every ounce of wherever they draw their spirit from over the coming weeks.
