SCSI-9 and 200 Records came together in 2009 when the Russian duo did a superb remix for BlackIsBeautiful's "Purpur". In the same year we met Anatol and Maxim for the first time when they played live for us in Cologne. A few months later we invited Anatol again for the Protez label night alongside with Alex Meshkov and Korablove at Cologne's famous Studio 672. 
In 2013 SCSI-9 came back to Cologne to play a live set at Gewölbe – we met them again and after having such a great night, we decided to do a release together: the result is the four-tracker "Flop Flop". 4 cool trippy, dubby and minimal tracks.

What began as a simple follow-up EP to Luna Ludmila’s acclaimed ‘Vibe Thang’ has evolved into the Utrecht-based artist’s debut LP on BERG AUDIO: ‘Lighter Days’. This time a true veteran of electronic music DJ Honesty steps up under his moniker Honeydrop. Delivering four cuts of honest house music infused with elements of dub and break this release is guaranteed to cause the turntables feeling good and appreciated, they will be asking you for more. Hans has been producing music fanatically for long time with first official releases dating back to 1995 so it is a true honour to welcome him to the label 30 years later, now in 2025. The release is an intergalactic warm blanket with music on it that is completely ready for different moods and settings of the events/parties/listening sessions one might find itself in. The upcoming triple vinyl LP presents for the first time, the legendary Klang Elektronik released debut CD / album from 1993, which was in it’s original form never released on vinyl before. It is collecting a string of tracks, written and produced by Acid Jesus, between December '92 and July ’93.

Following the title of the classic Ecstasy Club record - be it a direct influence or merely a coincidence - Acid Jesus was the first of many collaborations between Roman Flügel and Jörn Elling Wuttke. Situated in Germany’s then blistering techno scene and especially a mirror of Frankfurt at the time, the early recordings are also a feedback loop to what was happening in the UK and the USA before and at that very time. With many definitions and interpretations of techno already in place, and while its triumphal procession slowly geared itself into exhaustion, Flügel and Wuttke succeeded with their own and unique take on it, that owned as much to Underground Resistance and the Belleville Three as it did to Sven Väth and Andrew Weatherall.
Depicting the booster detonation of what was to become the holy label trinity of Playhouse, Klang and Ongaku, this is a collection of tracks and experiments in sound that won’t sound dated, yet classic, mesmerizing and eternal. Jesus loves the acid and vice versa.

200 Records was founded as a Techno label for vinyl and digital releases by Kai Sasse and Dirk Middeldorf in Cologne, Germany at the beginning of 2009. 200 Records releases music for the club and defines itself as an open-minded label striving to provide a platform for both established and new artists. They are putting an emphasis on connecting with their artists musically and personally. The motivation behind starting this label is Kai’s and Dirk’s love for electronic music; the will to contribute a piece to its development – to give back – and last but not least, due to their close friendship, the desire to create something new together.
