The Statement

The birth of my art began when similar to “The Devil went down to Georgia” I had a self fulfilled contest with the devil defeating my demons.  With the influence of G-Eazy’s “These Things Happen” it began.  Named “Mason” from the movie The Rock while my mom was giving birth to me What it’s Like by Everlast was playing on the TV. Influenced by Johnny Cash due to demons, addiction, June Carter, and his voice with Tupac Shakurs love for his mom plus message of change I became an understudy studying William Shakespeare, The Great Gatsby by Scott Fitzgerald, The Bible, Ernest Hemingway, Narcotics Anonymous, The Prince by Machiavelli, Da Vinci, and many more.  In the movie “The Rock” Mason starts out in Alcatraz and after spending time in jail I went through a transformation also known as the restoring power of the cross.  “They called that place The Rock of Escape.” Robert Downey’s comeback from drugs after prison became my intentions. With strengths of writing and passion this was my evolution. Every Sinner has a future and every Saint has a past.  My music bleeds authentic magic centered around mental health, real love, addiction, and change.  Rebourne (Ozzy Ozzbourne) into the Everlasting Kingdom founded on The Rock 24-Ashes had begun. An ageless artist mirroring Elvis and Cash.
