Physics is a Helsinki-based drum & bass producer, DJ, and the driving force behind Midnight Sun Recordings. Active since 1998, he’s known for crafting deep, soulful rollers with enough weight to hold their own on any dancefloor. His music has found homes on iconic labels such as Metalheadz, Hospital Records, Liquid V, and Fokuz.

With a discography that spans two decades, Physics continues to evolve balancing rich musicality with razor-sharp production. His latest release, “No Debts / Pisces and Capricorn” on Metalheadz, is a testament to his signature style: emotive yet heavy, precise yet organic.

As a DJ, Physics is a trusted name in the scene, with support from legends like Goldie, LTJ Bukem, and DJ Storm. His sets are immersive journeys through the genre’s full spectrum, always loaded with dubplates, unreleased cuts, and future classics.

Beyond his solo work, he also explores deeper collaborations as one half of Midnight Sons alongside Christian Champagne, pushing the boundaries of contemporary D&B while staying rooted in the genre’s essence.
