I'm not a composer -
Music is my Lover.

I'm a Synaesthete (mainly Chromesthesia) with a life-long, extremely deep Love relationship to Music, from Classical to Heavy Metal. I can literally *see* Music which makes it very "alive" and special and close to me.

I never learnt to make music, also not privately with self-study. From my perspective, I just mix colours and shapes together in a way that it affects brains which are prone to it (incl. my own) with the feelings or mood I intend.

I love the concept of "Infinity", and that's why my songs - with only extremely rare exceptions - are infinitely LOOPABLE. Nice "side effect" is that a song in repeat gets me into some sort of soothing "trance-mode" which is important as my brain is always overflown by way too many information (I'm in the Autism spectrum, precisely: "Aspergers Syndrome").

I have a channel on Youtube and started trying to create audio around summer 2013, due to YouTube's changed (even more strict) content ID search engines that struck (and still strike) many often unguilty people with false positives.

I wanted to help the community by trying to give them some tunes they could use for their (monetised) videos.

Although the reason why I make music was and is the community of the YouTube content creators, my music is not rarely egoistic/serves a kind of selfish purpose:

The songs I make "void" my brain; I can relax and focus better after a "session" of the way I do music. And sometimes I also try to cope with overwhelming real life situations by expressing emotions I feel with audio.

But like I initially wrote:
I am definitely not a composer; I never learnt anything regarding that, and composing something means for me to be the "master" (mistress) of Music - which I'm not, then that would mean Music would stand in a "lower" position than me, but for me it's the other way around.

I feel like Music is my Lover, my leading life-long partner. I'm not composing Music - Music composes me.

My equipment:
I try to make music with the 5$ app GarageBand (would love to have a "proper" super-expensive software & equipment though }xD).
GarageBand's sounds within a song are free to use and even commercialize according to Apple's terms and conditions:

I also use the free program Audacity to convert my Garageband-audio files and adjust them, e.g. cut the beginning and ending a bit so they are seamlessly loopable.

Occasionally I also create Audio solely with Audacity by using free sounds, e.g. from freesound.org, and partially also singing myself, sometimes also altering my voice to make it seem like a mere "sound carpet" or so :)

In the beginning I used a 7€ (10$) headset, by now it's a 30€ (42$) headset, so, still not a good one, which means I don't hear my songs the way others with better headphones hear them ("fuller" maybe, more bass etc.), so apologies in advance if that causes my audio to sound worse for some of you.
