Nohashi Records was started in 2002 by a hot Japanese producer "Toru S.".  A division of "Philosomatik Records" which was established in 1995 by Toru S. and Hiroki "Tee" based in Brooklyn, New York.

Nohashi has released  wide-ranged house music - Hard House, Techhouse, Progressive House, Tribal, Funky, Deep House,Chill Out.. etc. by Toru S., Kenji Takashima, Video Takashima, Beat Theory, Aqua Boogie, Dj Atsuko, Fumi Kondoh, Eddie Niguel, Interselector, Dj Shinkawa and Sender Of Rhythm. Many of these songs have been played by famous djs like Danny Tenaglia, Peter Rauhofer, Junior Vasquez, Tom Stephan aka Superchumbo, Terry Farley, Pete Heller, Xpress2, Tedd Patterson, Steve Lawler, Cevin Fisher,,,etc.
