big shoutout to https://soundcloud.com/bienvenueauclub for having me on their '1515' series, a challenge of mixing 15 tracks in 15 minutes, i just about did it lol! decided to push myself and do 3 decks for this one. 

as it was dj rashad's anniversary last month thought i'd take this mix back to my roots dj sagepay style. rashad's japan 20 min workout mix is one of my favourite mixes of all time and wanted to make this mix a tribute to him, that mix and chicago footwork, a genre that literally changed my life. rest in power dj rashad.
