We're back with one more after so so long. I couldn't tell you what number this is for me and Hurtful Junez, but I just love creating music with this talented man :)

He inspired this song in a conversation we had a couple weeks back and I said let's turn his words to me "Keep your cool and stand your ground" into another Mandy and The Junez song!!! So glad we can do this from our two different cities in Ontario Canada :)

The goal in sharing this message is to remind us all to not let emotions get the best of us. Don't fly off the handle 

Chill out and 

Keep your cool
And stand your ground

What has to be tackled doesn't have to be ignored, just focus on the goal and don't let the fears of outcomes cloud your judgement.

Ireland has a rich tradition of music, from the impromptu traditional Irish sessions in pubs, to folk singing and Irish dancing. I have been exposed to this music ever since i was born and this song is a culmination of many year listening, singing and playing Irish folk music. Its an original song i wrote it this week but is influenced by many different folk songs. 
This song is dedicated to our Brothers in the Ukraine.
