After 3000Grad mogul Mollono.Bass already delivered a superb remix for 'Rebel' this summer, for the second remix excursion, three legendary producers step aboard 3000Grad for the very first time to take the helm: Kalipo with an electrified state of atmospheric tension between heady deepness and uncompromising uplift, Rauschhaus with the untamed euphoria of an open air dance floor at its sunlit prime time, and Schlepp Geist with the intoxicated twilight vibes and the bold party attitude of an afterhour.

Then again three other groove grandmasters take us on a ride down the backroads of the Odyssey. Following their very own approach, each of them opens an entirely new chapter of this epic piece of dance music. Underher discovered a veritable source of beauty in the depths of the melancholy that resonates from the vocal of Far Away and channels it into his melodic dance sound. Arutani makes the title Epilogue sound like a sunrise watched from the edge of a wood, with wafting layers of morning mist and glistening pearls of dew in your eyes and the solid boom of an open air sound system in your back. Finally, Gome's Late Summer remix is heavily infused with the subtropical vibes of a certain Atlantic island, its playful funkiness and remarkably driving lounginess reminding us that it's time to kick off our flip flops at the poolside and to finally grab a first cocktail.

If only fans of every music genre could count on Push to gather the latest and greatest tracks. For the 9th time, the Hamburg label comes up trumps for deep house, doing the digging so you don't have to.

The big hitters get things rolling in style: Steve Bug distils the work of electronica act Pentatones into a deep groove that grips synapse and sinew alike; Alex Niggemann adopts a new alias - C'est Moi - to marry a US garage influence to his distinctively European sensibility and Phonique delivers a new mix of the bona fide classic 'Feel What You Want' - exclusive to this
compilation.

Elsewhere, there's no let up in quality. Ridney, long championed by Pete Tong and Carl Cox, gives us his anthemic rework of Emil Berliner's 'What‘s Love'; Lithuania's Few Nolder impresses with the perpetual motion machine of 'Twin' and Jona and Elia Vens serve up deep, aquatic house.

For the dancefloor, there‘s Taylor's hardcore-inspired re-rub of Steve Bug's 'A Shot In The Dark'; the 2008 classic 'The Passion' with its big, bold piano; Brynjolfur's early 90s homage 'Steezy' with its giant breakdown; Benja & Reta Ardour's highly-rated 'Cognition' and Kindimmer's 'Tremor', a tune that's light and airy yet simultaneously deadly deep. For dreamier moods, Stelios Vassiloudis and Moodmusic label boss Sasse deliver the hauntingly sexy 'Refuse'; Tiago Fragateiro fine-tunes the dreamy spaciousness of Kasper Bjørke's 'Sylvia' and Brooklyn-based Frank
and Tony capture the magic of a perfect sunrise.

Last but not least, Sam K's 'Elido', a masterclass in space and balance, slips in a cheeky Temptations sample - 'I will build you a castle with a tower so high' - that beautifully sums up the ambition and reach of an outstanding anthology.

Mile End Records is a label focused on House music in all its forms. Sometimes Deep, sometimes Techy and always on point in terms of quality and groove. The Canadian based label set up in 2005 has released music from a number of seminal artists including Leftwing & Kody, Cera Alba, Lee Walker, Darius Syrossian, DJ Pierre and Glimpse, who these days is perhaps more commonly known for being one half of Dense & Pika. 

The latest EP comes from Berlin (Germany) DJ, Producer and Vocalist named Annegret Perel Fiedler, who appears as her "Perel" alias. Following a release on Do Not Sleep Ibiza, Perel's music can also be found on Ourselves, O*RS and Lyase Recordings. 

The solo remix here is from Moscoman, who has made the move from Tel Aviv (Israel) to Berlin. Creating a personal sound with varied influences, he heads up the Disco Halal label and also enjoyed success with great releases for ESP Institute, Correspondant, I'm A Cliché and Eskimo. 

Track one titled “Amin” is the first of the two originals to feature on this release. Oozing class from the very first beat, it has a deep synth line and organic flow which is soon followed by expertly placed keys and complimenting chords. Instantly captivating with a dreamy aesthetic, the track has gothic 80's undertones and will no doubt appeal to fans of artists like Recondite and Tale of Us. 

Second on the release is the Moscoman remix of “Amin” and he takes it up a notch with his rework. Thickening the percussion he adds a throbbing pulse to give the bassline an injection of energy. Moving like the crest of a wave, the melody weaves in and out of the mix to create drama and build tension in what can only be described as an epic remix. 

The third track on this EP titled “Distance Touch” is the second of two originals. Lead by the bassline, this is another melodic monster with just the right amount of chic. Stripped back percussion makes space for rising pads, whilst the intimate whisper of the female vocal captivates the listener. Distinctively individual, the track has a poignant sense of mystery and is a must have DJ tool for anyone who likes to take the dancefloor on a journey. 

Finishing the release is a Radio Edit of “Amin” for anyone looking to have a rather more compact version of the EP’s lead track.
