Midlands pair Chris Lorenzo and Kane are the guys behind Cause & Affect, the duo making dynamite bass tunes. 

Just so you know what they're about, head to their SoundCloud, click 'play' on 'Get To The Chopper' and turn your speakers right up. It's outrageous and if it was a weapon, a rocket launcher springs to mind. 

Another recent addition to SoundCloud is the Jamie George-featuring 'Another Time', out on Fat! Records later this month and featuring remixes from My Nu Leng collaborator Taiki Nulight and Sinden among others.

Premiere: Cause & Affect 'Another Time' feat Jamie George (Taiki Nulight remix)

Finnish heavy bass monarch Rico Tubbs has returned to Party Like Us Records with the decidely-noble IRON HEART EP.

The title track Iron Heart's breakbeats, stabs and vocal seduction are reminiscent of the era that gave us Charly, yet is still inarguably modern and forward-thinking.

Totem references the bassline and speed garage of yore, while remixes of both from Skapes and Petey Clicks & Stranger seriously toughen up the low end and destroy the bass bins.

Ravenous - I'll House You

We are back at it again here at The 3000 Network, today finding ourselves back amongst the more stripped back side of the platform as we return for 3000 Deep for another exclusive belter. This time around we welcome Mintnite, a producer primarily known for his more wobbly creations, this time switching the script entirely.

Taking the title ‘Khash’, this one gives us a breath of fresh air with it’s spacey yet techy approach. From the off we are given pulsating drums and vibrant atmospheric design, leading towards a super moody drop filled with hard hitting moog bass lines and crunchy snares. Lovely stuff indeed!
