Situated in a space only accessible through listening; valuing nonhuman forms of knowing and being. HOLO is a series of cuts, punctures, boundaries enacted after ‘listening’ to the agency of sound - momentarily stabilizing phenomena, performing the world. We are speaking to each other, creating our own patterns of difference. Of course, there is something lost in translation and that's what is produced. The ‘song' is a spine to which both the sound and I are threaded. "

Entire album created using a Casio CZ-1 Phase Distortion Synthesizer (+ Electric Bass on Tracks 1 + 3). Although the album was recorded more than five years ago now, these tracks feel very beyond time to us. The record sits nicely alongside works from electronic music pioneers like Isao Tomita, Wendy Carlos, Vangelis and others. Music for Interiors.
