On Wednesday 7th July, a small group were invited into the partially installed exhibition to sense the works, and co-author a collective audiodescription of impressions and responses.

About the Describer: Harriet Jones follows a curiosity in ways of understanding and the interference from language-frames we habitually use to locate and identify, in search of untidy & empathetic alternatives. She is a curator and collaborator who lives and works on Wurundjeri country.

Your Staggered Lenses, On An Empty Track... by J

In this ambient session, I explored more about sound montage this artistic approach - slicing story into pieces and then reconstructing them to form a new narrative. Playing with #spokenwords #drone #piano #experimental #syntheticvoice, waved into the voice-over from the film <In the Forest of Siberia>. This soundscape built the illustration of an intelligent machine escaping the mechanical world and then into deep nature.
