Big love to Sam Clarke, a Brooklyn-based artist working within photography, design, music, and event curation. He is the co-founder of Dust Radio and the now-defunct rave series Nausea. 

“In thinking about the myth of the Capricorn, I playfully imagined myself to be a roughly bearded goat, scaling a massive and precarious mountain with icy wind scorching my face and reaching the peak above the clouds to finally see the sublime curvature of the earth.”

Solid Steel (24th March) Raime are the guests in Hour 1 and never fail to attract attention with their mixes thanks to their obsessive record collecting. They released their last 12" 'Notion 2 Notion" on the excellent Blackest Ever Black label last month and the limited run of 500 copies sold out in just a few hours. They are playing at Convergence Festival on 24th March at Village Underground with Actress, Randomer and Mica Levi, and had this to say about their mix;
"The mix is mainly electronic or alternative club styles from the last 6 to 12 months that caught our ear. They are rooted in a collection of contemporary labels we respect and always check. Very forward music that has a sonic and atmospheric synergy. Contemporary electronic music is, as always, the deepest influence on our own music so this just reflects what we are currently listening to in that world."
