Vingt-cinq lettres sont l'alphabet, une clé qui ouvre les secrets
Elles sont de petites traces noires, qui racontent  beaucoup d'histoires
Vingt-cinq lettres résument la vie, elles auront de quoi vous ébahir
Le jour où vous prendrez le temps, d'ouvrir un recueil excitant. 
Un petit livre  laissé en coin, plein de contes écris avec soin
Mais restés dans l'indifférence, en attendant d'avoir  une chance
Un petit livre des pages blanches, dues aux larmes, papier pas étanche
Un petit livre, pages abîmées, comme déchirures des jours inquiets
Vingt-cinq lettres pour maitriser les mots, pour emporter rires et sanglots
Pour décrire, sentiments cachés, toutes les confidences sont gravées
Vingt-cinq lettres, ou demeurent prisonniers, des souvenirs nous ont hantés
Comme les rêves fanés, la grisaille, comme des illusions, des feux de paille…
Un petit livre voué au silence, qui garde toujours  l'espoir touchant
De pouvoir être choisi pour une danse, de voir quelqu’un, d’entendre un chant
Un petit livre, un style unique, un jour entend une musique
Dans laquelle peut se réfléchir, par laquelle se laisse accueillir

Notes et mots d’une nouvelle chanson, capables d'ouvrir l’horizon
Comme une aube de couleur vermeil, après la tempête, vient le soleil
Un nouveau chapitre qui s'ajoute, une nouvelle histoire qui s’écoute
Une nouvelle trace qui résonne, le doux son noir qui toujours sonne
Un chant plein de mélancolie, une rivière s’écoule la folie
Nous naviguons sur le bateau ivre, un nouveau rêve à poursuivre

One standing out: title track Gargantua, motivating me to exercise my trance dance moves with its alarming synths during the early hours.

Alejandro Molinari - Discoteca  Mexicana (Disconnected & Roliva Remix)

Bufi is back with ‘México 70’ a new album, a couple of years after his sophomore LP on Discotexas ‘Revelación’.

With a broader, more eclectic palette of sounds and rhythms, this time the music gets infected with cowbells and bongoes, prehispanic samples, funky guitars, "guapachoso" basses and ethereal vocals. From the pseudo cumbia of "Hillalum (Amazónica)" to the suicidesque jam of "Impresionistas", this addictive album will induce you to have a lot of fun from the beginning till the end.

The artwork is a design by portuguese artist Braulio Amado, responsible for the covers of Bufi's previous two singles extracted from this same LP, "Brujerías" and "Hillalum (Amazónica)", released late 2018.

The title of the forthcoming EP by Alejandro Molinari (SXDNS160) on vital British label Nein Records, curated by Tronik Youth (SXDNS050), is a reminder of something we all must be missing... desperately... more than anything. Oh, boy! 

“Noche de Berlín” features six tracks with gripping lyrics and an Italo Disco bass drive. It also features two outstanding remixes of the title-track made with love by Sofia-based project Technobeton and prolific former Azari & III Ali X (SXDNS070), as well as two bossy remixes of “Amazonia” by Mexicans forte producers Max Jones, whose previous works were released on Correspondant, Duro and the very same Nein, and Trip Tease, who recently remixed a track for Rhye. We could not fail to mention that the track “Amazonia,” created in conjunction with Victor Schaeffer, is a somber tribute to the fires that raged the Amazon forest in Brazil last year due to negligence and incompetence of the government.

After a good cup of coffee and some deliberation with our angels and demons, we decided to pick the solid Technobeton remix to review. The Bulgarian project decided to darken things a little bit, managing to keep the Latin mood of the original. The stark and aggressive synth layers and the stomping and throbbing bassline paired very well with the caliente lyrics (sung by Molinari himself) and resulted in a hellish interpretation devoted to bringing some "loucura" to our nights, independently of the city in which we listen to it.
