DJ Ky has been a practicing DJ for the past 3 years. He has a diversity of music genres to appeal to multiple crowds and keeps a night fired up with entertaining selections.
DJ Ky was born in the Cajun City of New Orleans, LA where he started his journey to exploring different varieties of music. From New Orleans Bounces music to Jazz to the dirty Mississippi Blues, DJ Ky’s New Orleans style music roots run deep. He began by making mix CDs for middle school parties and pre-sporting events which gave him the opportunity to start DJing doing high school events. After interning under the wings of other prominent DJs and promotors, DJ Ky has been selected to be the premier DJ on Hip Hop Sunday nights at Club Ignite. DJ Ky is multi-talented and likes to DJ different types of event. DJ Ky’s repertoire includes sweet 16’s parties, weddings, fraternity/sorority events, and many more. DJ Ky biggest accomplishment is opening for Omarion and Ray J star from VH1’s hit TV show Love and Hiphop Los Angeles.
DJ Ky is very friendly and believes in closely communicating with his clients. He aims to please and plays the music exactly to the host’s liking. DJ Ky works very hard to create the best party vibe for his clients by giving them a soundtrack they will never forget.
