brainwave research center - the NYC Electronic music duo of Chase Smith (W.T. Records, Apartment, Is/Was), & documentary f ilmmaker, Christa Majoras (School of Visual Arts) - returnswith their 2nd LP, Mosaic.
Mosaic combines together analog synths with electro-acoustic experiments, vast soundscape with intricate textures, and naive rhythms with pop melodies.
Following their debut in early 2023, brainwave research center continues their journey and experimentation in Electronic music while paying homage to their 
musical influences. Hints of Edgar Froese, Martin Rev, Ennio Morricone, John Carpenter, and early Kraftwerk can be heard.
Recorded and produced in Greenpoint, Brooklyn in the back of Smith’s synthesizer/electronic repair shop
