It is composed of Hagen HDM who joined Sunset Horizon for the first time and Senmu Yumeto who returned again to bring two different texture remixes. Hagen HDM brings you a more relaxing and soothing experience than the original version, with a comfortable atmosphere and clever synthesizer elements; Senmu Yumeto's remix has more summer progressive textures, mature atmosphere creation, melodious piano and guitar complement each other, and a strong sense of picture. Oscillate Tracks 003 is the first split EP featuring resident Johanna Knutsson and alumni Karen Gwyer. The two performed together early last year, Karen live with her shimmering textures before Johanna introduced her bleepy tales. Their musical affinity was easily recognisable and our aim was to bring their dynamic connection from one fleeting experience onto the enduring form of a record. 

On Johanna’s side, the Swedish producer plays with tempo and panning, constructing vast soundscapes on the backdrop of a dubbed-out alternating bass drum with refrains from her Nord synth rippling throughout. On the flip we find Karen exploring melancholic ambient IDM, layering sparkling notes over lush melodies interlaced with rapid percussions, forming utterly exquisite works of art.

Australian DJ Life brings his esoteric ambiance on Finnish label, Echocentric Records after impressive string of releases on Gnork’s Blorp Label and Gestalt Records. The 4 track EP titled ‘Neural Oscillations EP’ is a dreamy escapade beginning with ‘Peia’ to the finale on ‘Abduction’. B1 track, ‘Mindreader’, has sub-electro workings with a cunning 303 acid-bassline, heady rhythm section and a celestial synth that hypnotizes a minute into the track. ‘Mindreader’ is formulated with wispy hi-hats, echoing twerps & chirps, schwifty vocal loops for a good psychedelic measure. ‘Mindreader’ is pleasurable, blissful and displays great range of depth with very sound production techniques that will leave you wanting more.

VA-Solidarity is a Weapon

These are strange times and it looks like the whole world is going crazy. At least that's how we feel when we open the newspaper and follow the daily news.
All of us noticed the news about Nazi networks in police and military, mostly called „Einzelfälle“ with fear and concern. Halle and Hanau shook us. To watch “Querdenker” and Nazis walking hand in hand while the protests for the victims of Hanau where declined made us want to throw up and listening to politicians talking about the threat from leftwing-radicals just made us wonder. Even the orange president talked about the Antifa-myth which is complete bullshit. So what does Antifa mean? A short term for Antifascist.
Since we are no longer involved in political activism, we thought we would at least make a small contribution and support activists in their struggle.

So we started asking our friends if they wanted to contribute a track. Everyone jumped right on the bandwagon, which made us super happy and in a few weeks we even had more tracks than initially planned.
So you can expect some weird ambient-spheres, stompy club hymns, dolphin-trance, classic piano-house and even some dub-grooves.

We hope you enjoy the music as much as we do.

So who is “Rote Hilfe E.V.” and why does the money made with this compilation goes to them? This organisation puts the main focus on the financial and legal support of left activists who face repression in Germany. Besides, the “Rote Hilfe E.V.” helps antifascists who are searching for political refuge in Germany. We think that's a good cause which we would like to support. So your money is well spent! ;)
