Jah Celestal  is an up and coming dancehall/reggae artist from out of Mount Vernon, New York, USA. Born Jeante Jovelle Williams on March 3, 1992, the last son of Zelma Palmer Williams was only 2 years of age when he fell from a three story building and hit his head while playing out side. Causing his skull to rest on his brain. The young boy was taken to the hospital where he had to under go brain surgery, after which the doctors informed his mother that "he might be a little slow" do to his diagnosis Traumatic brain injury or (TBI). Since then Jeante was placed in Special Education for the remainder of his childhood. Being in Special Eduation he had to deal with constant discrimination bully and ridicule and by the time he became a teenager he had already and decided to put all his frustrations in to doing music. And even to this day he sill faces ridicule and discrimination but that doesn't bother him. He even used his Traumatic brain injury diagnosis as the inspiration for the name for his underground recording label "TBI-Top Shottaz Entertainment". With all hes been through I chose the name "Jah Celestial". He has also grown dread locks and  joined the Rastafarian faith. In order to live a more humble lifestyle and be more spiritually grounded.
