This piece is the first in a seven-part 'digital soundbath’ series exploring the energy centres of the body - beginning at the root.

I have designed this meditative journey to support grounding, stability, and energetic release. It weaves together 396 Hz, a Solfeggio frequency long associated with the root chakra (Muladhara) and the release of fear, guilt, and tension. Layered beneath it is 132 Hz, a deeper harmonic resonance, to enhance body awareness, calm, and connection to the earth.

To guide the brain into stillness, the piece gently uses binaural delta waves, known to support deep rest, healing, and subconscious rebalancing. This slow frequency encourages the brain to shift into a state associated with cellular repair, dreamless sleep, and meditation.

This ambient soundscape is intended to be a healing experience, encouraging a reconnection with and initial sparking of the primal spirit. Use it however your spirit calls - to meditate, to breathe, to be still, or simply to let the frequencies and visuals move through you.
