Searching for a God who would let this happen

My dear mama tried to keep me out that action.

I heard that’s my only way outta this nonsense.

Wanna smoke my first blunt, sell my first rock
Sure enough at 14, cuffed by the cops
I just thought that’s how its supposed to be just doin’ me
On the road to somewhere but where would it lead?
When its Check out time we rarely look behind.
