Ape Suit's album is a winter endeavour created in solitude. It's a compilation of 135bpm bass and rhythm explorations. These were composed during the corona pandemic in Sydney, Australia. That is reflected in the minimalist compositions and the mood of the project.

Starting out hypnotic and almost ethereal, “Eirene” quickly builds into a syncopated anthem. The cinematic-like atmosphere should have you prepared for just how the tune represents a cohesive relation between peace & disorder. Inspired by the new age dnb sound by the likes of mefjus, imanu & Buunshin, this tune is my twisted take on the foghorn.

About UKato

UKato, a 21-year-old record producer/tastemaker from Gurgaon, India, has always prioritised genre blending. He is heavily influenced by industrial new age avant garde Neuro influenced DnB.

Prior to this, he dabbled in various other electronic music styles and released on labels such as disco::wax (Sony), Trap City, and ZEKE BEATS,  which garnered 1.5 million streams combined and helped him gain commercial notoriety from many industry heavyweights, as well as putting out an official Drum N Bass remix for Grammy winning DJ/Producer graves & ZEKE BEATS, which is still placed on the best Drum N Bass Editorial playlist
