4Peace is the proud owner of the 4Peace Music Group which oversees the management of his labels Juiced Music, Cabbie hat Recordings, UHHQ & his wife's label Caliber Sounds.  He was the Jackin House, Garage & Lounge/Chillout A&R genre manager at Traxsource from 2011-2024.
