Despite the vast amount I recorded that afternoon - drums, synths, field recordings, bass, an array appalling in variety and amount - I recorded even more. Three different drum machines, on top of the live drums, and to tape on top of that, so that, gradually, my studio became the sole hub of convergence in the room, around which notes spun and blurred at dizzying velocity.

An ode to D.T. and all the other mavericks who inspire me. Reframe.

Born and raised in Italy, my inspiration and interest in electronic music and DJ's started when I was in elementary school in the early 2000s. I would listen to techno from the 90s and electro house from the early 2000s, ripped from live dj sets of underground Italian DJs. Since moving to the United States in 2011 I've dabbled with other genres, starting with Dubstep and then Trap - what can I say, I love drops. My heart though belongs to House & techno - basslines, percussion, and soulful vocals are my favorite pasta dish.
