LaKidd is an unsigned upcoming artist out of Lexington, North Carolina. He grew up in a single parent household with his mother and two sisters. LaKidd grew up in a rough neighborhood surrounded by crime and violence until the age of 12, when he moved to Augusta, Georgia with his father. LaKidd started rapping at the age of 12 and continued with his passion up into adulthood. Having his father took him out of the street life and he would go on to graduate from High School and join the United States Army. LaKidd has his very own signature sound. Musical influences are The Notorious B.I.G, 2 Pac, Nas, Jay-Z, T.I, Jadakiss, J.Cole, Lil Wayne, Outkast, 50 Cent and DMX.
