I performed this drone jam as part of Jamuary 2025 - it's also an exercise for my upcoming performance on February 22 which will be Ambient only. I am running a sequencer called "Rhytmizer Ultra" on my Macbook, playing a random sequence on the Vermona Perfourmer. It's output is routed into the Lyra-8 so I can put heavy distortion and the delay effects on it. All audio goes then into the magic Cosmos and where it creates a beautiful background for the Perfourmer Sounds.

Meshburn emerges from an exploration of the lattice-like architectures that run beneath the surface and from the interference that compromises the system’s extractive functionality. 

The project investigates organic, pulsating patterns that constantly shifts between shelter and tension.
The sound unfolds through accumulation, excavation, and collapse, following unstable trajectories. Layers, distortions, and rhythmic flows intertwine within open, porous structures, revealing a dense, stratified sonic material.

Each passage encounters new branches: rhythmic fragments, digital escapes, and spectral textures solidify into temporary forms, shaped through sound collage and audio-mining practices.
Meshburn thus takes shape as a vertical descent into the territories of club music, a ramified, physical traversal within a spiral of frequency-based memories.

Futuristic Textures is a free sample pack I created for Flame Sound.

The pack includes 52 WAV files, built around 13 core textures, each provided with multiple variations. All sounds were designed in Vital and are derived from an upcoming Vital sound bank that will be released on Flame Sound in early January 2026. This pack is a free preview of the types of sounds you'll find in the full collection.
