On the brink of its 20th Anniversary, Tresor Records is proud to launch a new podcast series, which will feature exclusive mixes by club and label residents as well as interviews of carefully selected guests. To open up the festivities, we asked prominent Tresor resident Pacou to let it all lose at once! Here is a 90 minutes preview of what a typical Pacou set sounds like at Tresor. Included on this mix is an exclusive preview of Pacou's new 12" on Tresor Records, the Sense EP. TRESOR 246 will come out on the 17th of October 2011.

Originally from Paris, SOD-90 started producing alongside his studies as a flutist at the renewed university of classical music from Berlin. Combining his knowledge from a wide range of musical backgrounds with his experience as a professional instrumentalist, he crafted an intense sound, characterised by noisy textures, scorching synth lines, with distorted drums and twisted vocals. All this added to complex and dynamic arrangements.

After only a few years since he started producing, SOD-90 has already been supported by some of the biggest names on the scene and has released on Avoidant, Bipolar Disorder records, Emotional Voyage, with more in the pipeline very soon. He intends to continue exploring creative approaches to production, aiming to evolve his style towards an increasingly powerful and unconventional aesthetic.

Brooklyn, NY – On Friday, December 20, 2024, Saytek delivered his debut live performance in Brooklyn to an intimate and enthusiastic crowd. The show marked a milestone in a remarkable year for the live electronic artist, celebrated for his unique and innovative performances.

In 2024, Saytek was voted a Top Ten Live Act in Faze Magazine by the German public, a recognition of his standout live sets. This year also saw the release of his critically acclaimed album on Awesome Soundwave, alongside singles on legendary labels COD3QR and KMS Records. Saytek toured extensively, performing at events ranging from Berlin’s Rave The Planet to underground clubs and warehouse parties across the USA, India, Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Europe.

This Brooklyn show concluded an extraordinary year, cementing Saytek’s reputation as a leading live act in electronic music.
