A meditative one with most selections from artists of Indian origin, this set features tracks from @sandunes, @modularprincess, @TRITHA, @palashkotharii, @sarathykorwar, @shoals, @soundofaroma, @komorebi.music, @saltyprawn_music, and many others, with the exception of a minor Western few like Nicolas Jaar, Bonobo, etc. An eclectic mix of Downtempo, Synths, Bass, Asian Underground, and Organic House, it’s aimed at facilitating the process of entering into mindful presence. Mixed with trial, error, and flavor, a few transitions end up being ideal combinations for experimental future mashups. The aesthetic of the room being as important as the sound, I have made a conscious effort to ensure that it’s one for a laid-back Sunday evening, intended at the reflection, grooving, bopping and journaling- all at the same time!
