Basically I live for that 90's era vibe.   I grew up listening to jazz which is why I always end up with a smooth boombap beat, or a feel good boombap instrumental.    

Most beats have an apparent jazz quality to them and my approach is to rearrange samples in a way that is pleasantly unpredictable  and also highlights whatever it is I love about that sample. 

My beats also have a faster pace and high impact feel to them.  I used to breakdance, so I lean toward a quicker tempo I can uprock and breakdance to, as well as write to.  Half the time I can't tell which one I want to do... freestyle lyrics? or uprock?   both. 

For people who value the arts, who value vinyl record crate digging, turntablism, beat making, breakdancing, graffiti, real rap, real substance, making a real difference.   DITC and underground rap is a fire that can't be extinguished.
