Jose “ZAY The Bull” Batista II Born in West Palm Beach, FL. Raised in Mobile, AL until I was 15 and moved to New Jersey and then back to Alabama when I turning 18. I really fell in love with hip-hop and the culture before I got to New Jersey, but once there I really starting taking the craft serious and work hard to Learn from the greats.
I recorded 2 Mixtapes in my house in Jersey, I took that as a learning process, nothing to brag about, but together they had a total of 44 songs & that’s not counting all the songs I did with my Mentor and best friend “D”. That was a great growing process for me learning how to write, record, put mixtapes together, and much more of the basics every artist should have.
So Moving from New Jersey to where I learned how to rap with an east coast style, back to Alabama when the south was taking over mainstream Hip-hop. I am in the South, with an East coast style of rap, so like any good man I adapt and learn how to rap like I am from the south, which I am. Since I have been in AL I have recorded and released 2 mixtape “The Top Prospect”, “Kickin Knowledge (The Mixtape)” & also “ZAY The Bull – Self Titled LP. I have many more songs on stash for my collection (175 recorded & 90 ready to record). Material is not a Problem
