New Old Memory

This remix I did of Mia.'s very sex-positive song Fallschirm shows the attempt of transforming it into the very opposite: A sort of theme for Steve McQueen's 2012 film 'Shame' showing the rather destructive and disturbing face of sexual addiction, a victim's life of suffering.

Diffident strings twine about the depressing atmosphere of deteriorating, old industrial plants.
The gentle lament of ancient days' victims harmonizes with the ever-present noise emerging from the dump of wasted existences.
All these sounds and melodies conflate into a testimony of inner conflict, melancholy and solitude.

I'm sorry I won't provide dance music. Instead I'd like to offer you gloomy stories to be completed in and told by the minds of their listeners...
