For this first podcast of the series i recorded liberation through rythm.

The approach was to keep it very minimalistic and keep the emphasis on the continuing groove. 

The opening is a bit slower and lower in intensity with more elements that bring you back to the origins of rythms. These tribal sounds go back to the very roots of where music began. 

Later in the set the momentum starts building and more hypnotic elements are added. The rythm keeps flowing as the foundation of this set.

Introducing young, aspiring talent Liam Cappello on Episode 66 of the Animal Farm Podcast.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Glasgow, the route into music was heavy influenced by his old man - the legendary house DJ & Subculture co-founder Domenic Cappello. With a diverse selection of genres and a natural ability to read the crowd, he can effortless lay out and cut several turntables at once.

Liam’s journey into the music industry began when he would go down to the infamous Sub Club basement every Saturday, while subconsciously gaining a quick understanding of the dancefloor. Selessa T. is a French/Ivorian DJ based in Berlin. After moving to the city in 2017, she deepened her connection to electronic music. She has performed at prominent clubs like Watergate, Renate, and Sisyphos, and at festivals in both Germany and France, including the recent Fusion Festival.

In 2022, she co-founded the Blurry Vision Collective in Berlin, aiming to break boundaries and encourage artists to explore diverse musical genres. Her style spans house, progressive house, electro, trance, and techno.

With this mix, she stepped out of her comfort zone to deliver a groovy and hypnotic techno set. She believes that if you love music, you can play what you feel in the moment without being confined to a single genre.

Selessa T. is a French-Ivorian DJ based in Berlin. Since moving to the city in 2017, she’s become a familiar face behind the decks, with a monthly residency on Keep It Radio and regular Blurry Vision takeovers on Refuge Worldwide. She’s played at clubs and festivals across France and Germany, including Tresor, Renate and Fusion Festival.

In 2022, she co-founded the Blurry Vision Collective, creating space for fluid, genre-crossing sounds. Her sets move easily between house, electro, trance, breaks and techno—always guided by rhythm, culture, and the groovy, percussive influence of her Ivorian roots.

This mix was recorded for Pride Month—high-energy and full of sweat, with hip house, progressive and electro house tracks from queer DJs and producers she admires. It features music from Josh Caffé, Kietov, CRYME, and closes with an iconic Dee Diggs remix plus a cheeky rework of Madonna’s Vogue.

She started building the mix just after playing the bad.dad party in Berlin at the start of the month, riding the high of a room full of love, sweat and queer joy. That energy shaped everything about the set—from the bold vocal highs to the sweaty, ravey peaks. It’s a celebration of Pride, packed with music that makes people move, and a reminder of why the dancefloor still matters.
